After a season marred by a hazing scandal and an offseason filled with coaching changes, the Falcons are ready to finally get back to business.
Air Force will prepare for the season by playing in two exhibition matches against some of the best teams in the nation as the Falcons are set to travel to Virginia and Notre Dame in late January.
The team will travel just 50 miles north to open the season at rival Denver on February 9th. The following week, Air Force will host Marist in their home-opener.
February 23rd and 24th will mark the team’s second trip north to the University of Denver in just three weeks. The Falcons will once again participate in DU’s Faceoff Classic event, where they will play against the two newest Division One programs in the country, Cleveland State and Utah.
The Air Force Academy will begin SOCON play on March 16th when they travel to take on SOCON rival Mercer in Macon, Georgia.
Ten days later, the Falcons will play their biggest game of the year in New Haven, Connecticut as they take on the Yale Bulldogs, the defending NCAA-D1 champions.
Air Force will close out the season on April 27th when they host Bellarmine in their regular season finale.
